Impacting your "Samaria" through THE HARVEST PROJECT

The Biblical concept of a Harvest Project stems from John 4: 35 where Jesus says to His disciples, “Do you not say, ‘There are yet four months, and then comes the harvest’? Behold, I say to you, lift up your eyes, and look on the fields, that they are white for harvest.” Essentially, this process enables church leaders in a geographical region to look on their harvest field with new eyes to see where the harvest seems to be spiritually ripe. This then assists churches fulfill their calling to reap the Lord’s harvest.
A Regional Coordinator is a local believer with a heart for the whole body of Christ in his city or county. He or she must commit to gathering interest among the church leaders in the region, and to conduct the research components of The Harvest Project. Anyone interested in serving as a Regional Coordinator or in bringing The Harvest Project to their area should investigate further at our companion website www.TheHarvestProject.com. This ministry is in partnership with The ARMnetwork.
The PURPOSE of this fresh look at the harvest is to enable leaders and churches to assess the ministry of the Church in their region so as to, “Go and make disciples of all peoples/nations” (Matt 28:19) more effectively. In the process, the church leaders are:
...INFORMED about main population segments that are not being reached by churches
...ENCOURAGED with the good things God is doing
...UNITED in a common effort with other churches as they seek to better fulfill the Great Commission (while honoring the diversity among churches)
...MOTIVATED to reach those who are not currently being reached by any church, resulting in community impact and ultimately, transformation.
