Care for mission workers who serve all over the world is critical. Meaningful member care speaks to the longevity of the worker as well as their fruitfulness. One Challenge is dedicated to care of ministry workers, both within and outside out the organization. Many OC workers on the Malaga, Spain team care for Latina mission workers, predominantly Spanish speaking, serving in difficult environments.
“This spring we had our first in person retreat since the pandemic started,” says Nell, an OC worker serving in Spain. “It was such a joy to get face to face with the women!”
