Maligned and malicious
Hated and haters 1
Hopeless, lost, dead 2
But God
Loves us anyway
Loves us actively
Loves us lavishly 3
So He gave
First and freely
Fully and sacrificially 4
We deserve nothing, but
We gain everything 5
We celebrate.
